Mobile Home Rights Workshop

Learn about your rights as a member of a mobile home community! Attendees will learn about the complaints process, including when and how to file, and have the opportunity to ask questions directly to state and local partners. We’ll go over key topics such as tenant protections, rent control, and protections against illegal evictions, providing valuable resources to help our neighbors better understand and advocate for their rights. Spanish will be provided, with ASL provided upon request. 

Los asistentes aprenderán sobre el proceso de presentación de quejas—incluyendo cuándo y cómo realizarlas— y tendrán la oportunidad de hacer preguntas directamente a representantes estatales y locales. Abordaremos temas clave como la protección a los inquilinos, el control de alquileres y las medidas contra los desalojos ilegales, proporcionando recursos valiosos para ayudar a nuestros vecinos a comprender mejor sus derechos y a defenderlos. Se proporcionará interpretación en español y lenguaje de señas (ASL, por sus siglas en inglés.)
